The Medina County Bar Association Certified Grievance Committee investigates alleged misconduct or alleged mental illness of attorneys who live or have an office in Medina County or alleged attorney misconduct that occurred in a case filed in any Court in Medina County.  To request an investigation please complete the above form and send it to the address above.
